Alright, so maybe we're not the most positive Greens in the world today...let's just say that with all that's happening lately, there's only so much "hope" and "change" we can believe in! The Frequency does its best to rain on your parade with these stories:
(NOTE: Explicit lyrics, yadda yadda yadda. Yeah, we'd rather not put this up, either, but we have established a family show of a sort, so...best to let people know what they're getting.) Image provided through Creative Commons by Poseyal Desposyni Poet digg this episode

Sun, 7 December 2008 Results from the Louisiana Secretary of State's Web site:
Ahn Cao R 33,122 49.55% William Jefferson D 31,296 46.82% Malik Rahim G 1,880 2.81% Gregory W. Kahn L 548 0.82%Kudos to the voters of the 2nd District for ridding themselves of corruption, at least overtly...but an extremely disappointing showing for the Green Party and Rahim, who dealt with corruption that was perhaps more covert and unethical than actually unlawful on the part of the city's media. Tune in to our upcoming podcast episode for complete details. (Another minor correction: Rep.-Elect Cao is a Vietnamese-American attorney, not a Korean-American businessman as described in the upcoming episode. The Secret Frequency regrets the error.)
